Harbourgate Marina Club Resort Policies

Guests may check in after 4:00 p.m and check out before 11:00 a.m.
A valid major credit card and photo identification are required at check-in.
The front desk is open 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily. Guests planning to arrive after hours must contact the resort at least 48 hours prior to arrival to receive late check-in instructions.

Room rates are based on two adults per bedroom. For additional guests 18 & over, add $10.00 per day.
An advance deposit of one night's lodging is required, with balance payable upon arrival.
A deposit of $150.00 per person is required on packages.
Rates are subject to change without notice.
No personal checks will be accepted for payment of account.

A weekend surcharge of $10.00 is applied for Friday and Saturday stays.
A $5.00 per night fee will be charged daily for use of personal safe and unlimited local calls.
Rates are subject to 12% sales and local taxes and a resort fee of 4%.

Advance deposits are non-refundable.
A $20.00 change fee will apply for each date change.
A $50.00 fee will be charged for early departures.

This protection plan will protect you by refunding your deposit if you should need to cancel. Should you have to change your plans or depart before your planned departure date your package will be re-calculated based on the current best available rate and the new actual length of stay and any difference will be refunded. This option must be added within 24 hours of confirming your reservation by calling 866-469-7853.
