Rates are per month plus applicable tax, 15% resort fee, cleaning fee and the limited damage waiver fee as noted below. Monthly winter rates are only available by calling our Vacation Specialist at 800-386-1872.
MONTHLY RENTAL DETAILS
- Stays of 28 to 88 nights. No refunds for early departures.
- March rentals must also include the full month of February.
- Guests must be 55 or older to qualify for the monthly rate plan.
- A $250 deposit is due at the time of booking. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival forfeit $250.
- The balance of the first month is due at check-in; subsequent months are due by the 1st of each month.
- Residents of Horry, Marion, Georgetown, and Brunswick counties are not eligible.
- Weekly housekeeping service is provided, including a change of sheets and towels; towel exchange is available at the front desk.
- Limited Damage Waiver: capped at $150 per month for studios and one-bedrooms.
- Pets are welcome at The Patricia Grand in select pet friendly units; pet fees are capped at $350 per month.
