Deposit & Cancellation Policies

  • An advance deposit equal to the first night’s lodging is required at the time of booking.  
  • The balance due at check-in is payable by credit card only. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
  • Prepaid cards are not accepted
  • No personal checks will be accepted for payment of the account.
  • Your deposit is refundable if you cancel the reservation at least 7 days before arrival.  A $50 administrative fee applies to each cancellation.
  • No-shows will result in deposit forfeiture.

Check-in Policies

  • In-person check-in time begins at 4:00 p.m. on your scheduled arrival date.
  • Check-out time is anytime before 10:00 a.m. on your scheduled departure date.
  • The lobby is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All entrance doors to the hotel will be locked from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m.; a code is needed to gain entry to the Hotel after hours.  We will send this code to you before your arrival.  
  • Kindly note that the credit cards used to make payments on your reservation and the persons to whom the cards are issued, must be present with a government-issued photo ID at check-in. The name on the card and ID must match fully. Also, the credit cards used MUST have an embedded chip that works properly and a balance greater than $1.00 at check-in, or they will be refunded and another credit card will be charged. This is required for check-in, even if full payment has already been received. Remaining room charge balances are due at check-in. 
  • Guests under 21 are not admitted unless accompanied by an adult.
  • No refund is available for early departures once you have checked in and paid the balance.

Parking Policies

  • Free guest parking is available in the garage located across the street from The Patricia Grand.
  • Guests are allowed a maximum of one (1) parking pass per room.
  • Trailers are not permitted on the property.

Smoking Policies

  • This property is strictly non-smoking. 
  • Smoking of any kind—including cigars, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, marijuana, or other substances—is not permitted in guest rooms, on balconies, or in any public areas of the property. 
  • Violations will result in a cleaning fee charged to the room account and may lead to eviction.

Pet Policies

  • We welcome small dogs in select pet-friendly rooms and designated floors. 
  • Advance notice is required for guests traveling with pets.  
  • Dogs only. Cats, birds, reptiles, and other animals are not permitted.  
  • Limit two dogs per room.  
  • Weight limit: 20 lbs. per dog
  • Restricted breeds include: Rottweiler, Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Boxer, German Shepherd, Presa Canario, American or Miniature Bulldog, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Akita, Wolf-hybrid, Mastiff, Cane Corso, Great Dane, Alaskan Malamute, and Husky. Other breed restrictions may apply.  
  • Pet Fees: $35 per day, per pet.  This fee is collected by the front desk at check-in.
  • Dogs must be leashed in public areas and are not permitted in pool areas. If left unattended in guest rooms, we recommend using a pet carrier.  
  • Additional policies may apply—please contact the property directly for any special circumstances.  
  • ADA service animals are always welcome.

Other Policies

  • We are a limited-service facility, and daily housekeeping isn’t provided.
  • Room towels are provided for the unit you are staying and are for in-room use only.
  • If you have a specific accessibility requirement, please let us know at time of booking.
  • Special requests such as specific rooms and floors cannot be guaranteed.
  • The Patricia Grand website photographs represent sample of selected accommodation. Some units are individually owned, so decor may vary.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a rate or booking was made due to a system error, pricing mistake, unauthorized rate loading, or other technical issue.
